Mythos is a very advanced form of hybrid light: first of all, it is an excellent 470 watt lamp projector, which produces an exceptionally large beam of light, with a zoom range of 4° to 50° (ratio 1:12).
The light beam is sharp, with perfectly defined edges, from the first millimeters past the front lens and along its entire length. The zoom is optimized for focusing, which is separate from the fixed and rotating gobos. Its movements are smooth, fast and very quiet. Mythos also has a completely redesigned indexed visual effect disc, which can be superimposed on all gobos, whether focused or unfocused.
But Mythos is also an extraordinary beam lamp, allowing a minimum fixed beam angle of only 2.5°. A large, dense beam of light, 160mm in diameter, emerges from the front lens of Mythos and remains parallel along its entire length, even at great distances.
