The RS18 uses two 18\u2033 (46 cm) long-throw neodymium magnet woofers housed in a small cabinet; it extends the bandwidth of a system down to 30 Hz. The patent-pending NEXO RAY SUB technology is based on optimizing the positioning and phase relationships between the emissive surfaces of the vented enclosures, allowing the acoustic step between the rear and front sections to be continuously increased as the frequency decreases.
